The District Chairperson monitored the micro scale irrigation demonstration site for the micro scale irrigation program at Mende Kalema Memorial Secondary school in Mende subcounty Wakiso District.
He advised farmers to stop the dependence on seasons for rains but adopt micro scale irrigation technology for food security.
