District Officials from alongside contractors and members of the Metropolitan Development Forum, have conducted an on-site inspection of the ongoing construction works along the 6.5km Kitemu–Kisozi–Budo Naggalabi Spur Road. The inspection, carried out ahead of a scheduled site meeting, focused on assessing the project’s progress, quality of works, and adherence to established standards. The engagement is part of ongoing efforts to ensure accountability, maintain construction quality, and keep the project on track. The road works are being undertaken by China Railway Seventh Group Company Limited, with the project expected to significantly improve connectivity and mobility within the area upon completion.
