Wakiso subcounty to enact a bye-law on solid waste disposal and garbage management.

The Chairperson LCIII Wakiso sub county Felix Semujju Mwanje has revealed that his council will soon pass a bye-law regulating garbage and solid waste disposal in the subcounty.
