Bid Notice under Open Domestic Bidding FY 2020-21

Wakiso District Local Government (Waki555) has allocated/ received funds and invites sealed bids
from eligible bidders for the provision of Works, Supplies and services as indicated in the attached document.
- Wakiso District Council now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the above Projects.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with open domestic bidding procedures contained in the
Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Regulation, 2006, and is open to all interested eligible bidders. - Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Wakiso District Council and
inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 9.00am to 5.00pm. - A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the
submission of a written application to the address at 8(b) and upon payment of a non refundable fee of Uganda Shillings One Hundred thousand only (100,000/=). The method of payment will be
Cash to bank to Wakiso District Council General Fund Collection Account; account number:
3410500054, Centenary Bank, Wakiso Branch and a General Receipt obtained from the District
cashier. - Bidders are advised to apply for each project separately.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 11.00am on the 3
rd Day of September, 2020. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder representatives, who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 11.10 am on the 3rd
