Later this afternoon, District officials led by the Chief Administrative officer Alfred Malinga inspected a 6.2km road section of Sentema- Bukasa which is in a sorry state.
There has been several engagements with KCCA to prevail over the contractor to do forward maintenance which has not been honoured.
The Chief Administrative Officer pledged to continue engaging KCCA since its the contracting entity.
The contractor China communication Construction Company was to commence construction works last year 2023 since the residents had given right of way but there is no progress to date.
