The District Roads committee yesterday held its meeting at the District Headquarters.
The District chairperson expressed concern over the continued budget cuts for roads in the District. He called politicians in the District to rise up and lobby for resource allocation towards roads rehabilitation in the District.
Bwanika said majority of Members of Parliament reside in the District.
The meeting was chaired by the Woman Member of Parliament Betty Ethyl Naluyima.
“We want to start with infrastructure development since this will enhance the development of Wakiso.”Bwanika added.
